Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.99
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days): $13.99
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to uncontrollable circumstances like weather.

International Shipping
Countries Served: We currently ship to countries in Asia, countries in Africa, Colombia and Mexico. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Fur & Whiskers Pet Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting the carrier for assistance.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at furandwhiskersmpg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., the customer was unavailable to accept the package), the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
